Learning Enablement Manager

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. FreeWheel, our advertising technology arm, provides comprehensive ad platforms for publishers, advertisers, and media buyers. Effectv, our audience delivery company, helps advertisers reach their target audiences across linear TV, streaming, and video on demand. A global division of Comcast, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced learning professional to join our Comcast Advertising Learning & Performance Team. The successful candidate will be a ‘roll-up your sleeves’ strategic thinker with a foundation in agile project leadership, stakeholder management, instructional design and facilitation/delivery of training. As a key player in our team, you will manage multiple projects while driving partnership with Sr. Learning Strategists and the business to develop and deliver impactful learning solutions that drive business performance.

This is a virtual, remote role; candidates in proximity to Philadelphia, PA are preferred.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Develop engaging and effective learning using a variety of modern delivery methods and tools (e.g., eLearning modules, instructor-led training sessions, gamification, microlearning, videos, voiceover, etc.) while ensuring timely delivery 

  • Lead and manage multiple learning initiatives, driving them from initiation to implementation while managing timelines, resources and deliverables to the business 

  • Support the development, maintenance, assessment, and delivery of Comcast Advertising learning programs 

  • Deliver training sessions in various formats, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid, ensuring that all training materials are up to date and effective 

  • Continuously seek creative and innovative approaches to learning, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance the learner experience 

  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and clients to understand their learning needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements through data  

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners, influencing decisions and managing expectations to ensure project success 

  • Leverage data analytics to assess learning effectiveness, identify trends, and actionable insights while creating a compelling data story that communicates the impact to the business  

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in the ongoing development of evaluating programs, gathering feedback and implementing enhancements 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement 

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources or a related field.  

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, program management and client engagement.  

  • Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or similar software.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.  

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.  

  • Strong knowledge of instructional methodologies and experience leading projects in agile environment (i.e, SAM, ADDIE) 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in Project Management tools (i.e Asana) 

  • Experience in a sales or technology company

Compensation

National Pay Range: $81,515.52 USD-$191,052.00 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
