FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst, to join our Revenue Operations & Planning team, responsible for our revenue planning functions (including both recurring/seasonal workstreams and ongoing revenue initiative planning/tracking). This will be a high visibility role working with various internal customers including FreeWheel’s senior leadership team, and will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations and Planning. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams particularly Finance and Sales.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Sales Compensation Administration: Support the Manager and Senior Manager with all recurring and seasonal workstreams for revenue planning, including: 

  •  Supporting all bottom-up revenue planning (by client and by product line) to inform the company budget each year. 

  • Assisting in the implementation of sales compensation and incentive plans tied to company goals, working closely with Finance, Sales, and Human Resources (HR) specialists. 

  • Administering sales quotas and MBOs, including building Looker dashboards (as needed) and reporting on performance. 

  • Supporting the rollout of new compensation plans, coordinating closely with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership to ensure seamless implementation. 

  • Monitoring and managing exception requests, ensuring proper approval and documentation, including account re-assignments, new quota allocations, and personnel changes that may require quota adjustments (departures/hires). 

 

Sales Performance Management & Reporting 

  • Partner with MYA and Manager, Revenue Operations and Planning, to make sure all final approved quotas and MBOs are updated in Sales pacing dashboards and communicated to respective Sales teams 

  • Collaboration with other members of the Revenue Operations team on key analytical projects, including Monthly Revenue Initiatives, Customer Health metrics 

 

Stakeholder Support 

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and HR to address compensation-related questions and resolve discrepancies. 

  • Provide training and support to sales teams on compensation plans and goal pacing 

  • Become a subject matter expert on sales incentive plans administered by the Revenue Operations team. 

 

Requirements: 

  •  2-3 years' experience in sales compensation analysis, revenue operations, financial forecasting & modeling (FP&A), or related field 

  • Strong analytical skills including scenario analysis, advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX and MATCH, PIVOT TABLES), and the ability to combine and analyze data from different sources 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field  

  • Self-motivated, execution-focused mindset with a high degree of urgency to help the business exceed its revenue goals  

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead effective meetings and presentations with sales and senior leadership as needed  

  • Team-player with cross-functional team experience and ability to provide excellent service to internal customers - including Sales, Finance, Services, and Operations 

  • Familiarity with Looker and Salesforce preferred, but not required 

  • Able to commute into the office (NYC - Midtown West) 3-4 times a week

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $82,686.47 - $124,029.71

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
