As a Children's Community Support Associate - Part-Time at our Maysville, Kentucky location, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage children in their communities while helping them work towards their treatment goals. Your role will involve assisting young individuals with activities that align with their individualized treatment plans, giving homework help to ensure they thrive academically, and enforcing behavior management strategies to support their development. Collaborating with your supervisors, you will contribute to enhancing our services and even have a hand in recruiting new staff members. Your creative side will shine as you research and outline programs that combine home therapy with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Responsibilities also include timely documentation of medical records, attending training and team meetings, and completing necessary courses within the first 6 months of your role. This is a rewarding position for someone with a passion for helping others and the drive to support youth through their journeys.
