Scientist, High Throughput Screening

We are seeking a talented and motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist to join our cutting-edge AI startup at the forefront of revolutionizing cancer therapy. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to advance novel drug discovery platforms, with a primary focus on oncology and other therapeutic indications.

  • Apply expertise in stem cell differentiation, live cell imaging, cell engineering, cell biology, CRISPR gene editing, and advanced oncology models to develop and optimize innovative drug screening approaches.

  • Lead high-throughput screening (HTS) of small molecule libraries using cell imaging technologies and robotics to drive the identification of potential therapeutic candidates.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including computational biologists and AI engineers, to integrate experimental data with AI/ML-driven insights.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of drug discovery workflows in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Leverage prior experience in a startup or big pharma to drive scalable and reproducible research processes.

Requirements

  • In office 5 days a week

  • PhD/Postdoc in Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with stem cell differentiation, live cell imaging, cell engineering, and advanced oncology models.

  • Hands-on expertise in HTS and drug screening using cell imaging approaches.

  • Strong background in working within a startup environment, preferably in drug discovery or biotech.
