About the Position
Customer Solutions Architects (CSA) are integral to our post-sales operations, ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of licenses, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting renewals. In this role, you will work closely with account managers and cross-functional teams to guide customers through their journey with our solutions. With a strong focus on customer success, you will help customers realize the full value of our products while fostering long-term partnerships.
Your expertise in technical implementation, DevSecOps, AppSec, and operational consulting, along with excellent communication skills, will position you as a trusted advisor to our customers.
