Short Description

Consistently demonstrates the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care consistent with age and developmental needs of patients and cultural and spiritual needs of patients. Utilizes a multisystem approach for the assessment and reassessment of patients per unit policy. Maintains a therapeutic relationship with patients/ family/ significant others while providing care in a high stress environment with multiple priorities. Identifies and prioritizes patients problems/needs, implements safety practices for those at risk and reports abnormal clinical findings or changes in patient condition to physician.

Education Requirements

Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.

License/Certification Requirements

Current NJ- LPN License.Current American Heart Association, (AHA) BLS CPR (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
