Short Description

In a CAP-accredited laboratory, perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing while ensuring accuracy and timely results through adherence to QC and QA methodologies. Maintain a strong focus on detail, reference ranges, and clinical relevancy. Assist with specimen receiving, respond to pneumatic tube requests, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. Exhibit flexibility by working in all lab sections as needed.

Experience Required

  • Preferred experience in all lab sections.
  • Experience with LIS (Laboratory Information System) is required.

Education Requirements

  • MLS (MT) or MLT certification through ASCP or eligibility.
  • New grads are welcome to apply.

License/Certification Requirements

  • MLS (MT) or MLT certification preferred (ASCP).
