Overview:
Seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR support for plant leadership, employees, and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for employee relations, recruitment, engagement activities, compliance, and HR systems management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and improve retention.
  • Provide training on HR Self-Service, Payroll, and Learning Management Systems.
  • Maintain and update attendance records for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist employees with policy guidance and direct HR inquiries appropriately.
  • Develop and analyze HR reports to support metrics and strategic decisions.
  • Conduct HR data audits and address discrepancies.
  • Administer corrective actions for hourly employees and support performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, employee relations, or recruitment within a manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Experience handling confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Light travel may be required on occasion.

  • Flexible schedule to support multiple shifts in 24/7 operation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $75,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
