Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Pay: $16-18 per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure receipt, storage, delivery and shipment of warehouse items in an efficient, timely manner
- Fill and deliver agency staff requests for supplies and deliveries
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping and/or receiving orders
- Submit appropriate back up documentation to the finance department in a timely manner for internal processing
- Responsible for acknowledging receipt of delivered items through use of the business software
- Retain warehouse inventory documents and forward to the purchasing agent for periodic review
- Responsible for proper storage and maintenance of agency file and inventory records
- Assist in the disposition of surplus property and/or equipment as directed
- Assist with warehouse maintenance and upkeep
- Operate sit-down forklifts, squeeze clamps/forklifts, and large scissor lifts
- Follow standard and established CDR procurement procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- Operate sit-down forklifts, squeeze clamps/forklifts, and large scissor lifts
- Valid Drivers License
