About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager for Hotel Vin in Pinnacle Hills.   This new property will have over 120 rooms and suites. It will be adjacent to the beautiful biking trail with green belt access, which will connect to the overall trail system in the Pinnacle Hills area. This is an ideal hotel for Northwest Arkansas visitors as it is located in an area with a multitude of corporate offices, restaurants, and an outdoor amphitheater.


The General Manager will be responsible for assisting with tasks related to this in-construction project, , including working with contractors and vendors, hiring teams, and all else that goes into creating an exceptional hotel. Following a successful launch, the GM will be responsible for overseeing the regular operations and adhering to Coury Hospitality's exceptional level of service.

Requirements


Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of five (5) plus years of experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet property.
  • Has managed/overseen both Food & Beverage & Rooms Division.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating outstanding profit and guest service-related goals.

Qualifications/Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Excellent planning, organization, and guest service skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic sales/marketing acumen.
