Cprime US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Occasionally, our teams have the option to meet in-person for team meetings, collaboration, or social events.

The Cprime Atlassian Delivery Solutions Architect provides specific delivery skills in your specific area of implementation needs. The Solution Architect is a focused delivery resource to implement high quality solutions in an iterative manner. This person works closely with the customer to align on solution planning and delivery.

• Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Jira Work Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and key 3rd party add-ons
• Help guide and maintain the organization of data in Jira and Confluence
• Work with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
• Create and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
• Advise on best practices, configuration, and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges 
• Experience installing and configuring add-ons for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilities
• Provide user-based training to groups and users on Jira and Confluence usage, administration, and operational user and maintenance of the system
• Provide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of the implemented solution

• 3-5 years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as Jira Work Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align, including configuration, administration, and integration within enterprise environments
• Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning 
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Atlassian certifications are highly desirable
• SAFe, ITIL, and/or Agile certifications highly desirable

• Experience in consulting and solution based professional services

• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately up to 50% of the time when deemed safe to do so to meet client needs.
