  • $75,000/year + all travel covered
  • Full-time
  • Based in Austin, TX (with extensive travel to Stanford and MIT)

What you'll be doing in 2025:

  • Jan–May: Travel to Stanford and MIT, running high-energy recruitment campaigns, organizing events, and building relationships with top CS/ML students.
  • June–Aug: Support the summer program participants, ensuring their experience is seamless and productive.
  • Sept–Dec: Use the insights from your first recruiting cycle to amplify your impact for the next one.

What you will be doing

  • Leading vibrant on-campus recruitment campaigns to attract top CS/ML students.

Recruit and build a pipeline of 100 top-tier CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through vibrant on-campus engagement and dynamic relationship-building.

  • 1+ years of college recruiting or university admissions experience with proven success in high-volume candidate engagement
  • Track record of consistently hitting aggressive outreach and conversion goals
  • Strong portfolio of successful recruiting/marketing events

  • Experience using ATS/CRM systems to track candidate pipelines
  • Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate
