IPM Supervisor - job 1 of 2

As an IPM Supervisor at Curaleaf, your key responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management plan compliant with state regulations, supervising and training IPM technicians, scouting for plant pests, maintaining application schedules, and managing inventory for pesticides. You’ll also work closely with the fertigation team and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

To be considered for the IPM Supervisor position at Curaleaf, you should have at least an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of two years in commercial cannabis IPM programs and as an IPM Lead. Additionally, the ability to obtain a Private Pesticide Applicator's license within 90 days of hire is essential. Strong general MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities are also required to thrive in this role.
