Chief Revenue Officer(Construction Sales!)

This CRO will have the chance to oversee our eleven divisions. These divisions concentrate on providing asphalt and concrete paving, roller-compacted concrete, parking lot evaluations, commercial roofing, doors and docks, HVAC, and other services at the regional and national levels. This executive will work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with the company's overall business goals and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and meet revenue targets.• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to create a unified approach to revenue generation.• Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective forecasting and reporting on revenue performance.• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in various sectors, including concrete, asphalt, commercial, and construction.• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.• Provide regular updates to the executive team on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.Qualifications• Experience in the Construction, HVAC, or facilities/maintenance Sectors• Past sales leadership in a $200mm plus facilities services business with at least 10 years of experience in sales leadership• Proven experience as Chief Revenue Officer or in a similar leadership role• Strong background in sales leadership and driving revenue growth.• Experience with concrete, asphalt, paving, docks, HVAC, or maintenance industries is preferred.• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.• Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.BenefitsThis sales leadership role will have exceptional compensation, benefits and large bonus opportunitiesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
