Our client, a leading merit shop electrical contractor, has been in business for nearly five decades and is recognized as one of the largest electrical contractors in the region. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join their growing team in Holliston, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze bid documents and participate in pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project scope.
  • Execute precise takeoffs and quantity estimates with strong attention to detail.
  • Develop comprehensive and well-structured project estimates.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum five years of experience in electrical estimation with a proven track record.
  • Background in the electrical field (field experience and electrical license strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Conest).
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction practices and methods.
