As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Dare to Care Too, you'll conduct initial assessments, evaluate mental status, and prescribe medications only after conducting thorough evaluations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each unique client receives personalized care that considers their distinctive needs. You will also be actively involved in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and facilitating smooth transitions of care with hospital and emergency room staff.
