Descripción del empleo

  • Trabajar junto con el equipo de desarrollo de producto en volcar los insights generados vía análisis del take in strategy, traduciendo los mismos en funcionalidades en la App.
  • Coordinación del equipo de revenue regional, asegurando dar visibilidad horizontal de los distintos proyectos y cómo impacta cada uno en los distintos streams de revenue.
  • Será responsable por impulsar la estrategia de todos los productos de Ads dentro de la App y su alineación a nivel regional y con los mercados locales.
  • Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de las metas de revenue en cada uno de los países a nivel agregado.
  • Creación y mantenimiento de tableros para el seguimiento diario del negocio.
  • Desarrollo de queries para automatizar consultas del negocio.
  • Liderar el desarrollo de herramientas para los equipos locales y regionales con el fin de detectar oportunidades de crecimiento del negocio.

Requisitos

  • Graduados de carreras como ingeniería, licenciatura en administración, estadística, análisis de negocio, informática, o afines (must-have).
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Paquete Office, incluidas tablas dinámicas y el desarrollo de fórmulas complejas (must-have).
  • Experiencia en la creación de informes y paneles con las herramientas de Business Intelligence como Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. para analizar datos sobre el rendimiento de ventas. 
  • Experiencia en extraer y limpiar datos con Big Query, SQL (must-have). 
  • Dos años o más de experiencia en posiciones de estrategia de negocio, análisis de minería de datos, consultoría o tecnología(must-have).
  • Inglés avanzado (must-have).
