Hledáme kolegu nebo kolegyni, který/á má zkušenosti s reklamou v rámci Paid Social Media, má analytické myšlení a orientuje se na detail. Má agenturní zkušenosti nebo chce přejít z freelance a chtěl/a by si rozšířit obzory v týmu plném našlápnutých profíků.

  • Rozmanité digitální kampaně s různě velkými budgety. Vytváření paid social strategií, plánování a exekuci kampaní, včetně optimalizací, až po vyhodnocení

Jak pro nás vypadá ideální kandidát/ka?

  • Rozumí různým reklamním systémům: Meta Business Manager je základ, ale bude potřeba i praktická znalost dalších systémů jako je TikTok, LinekdIn nebo Twitter

  • Nekliká random posty, ale zamýšlí se nad celkovou strategií kampaní, oceníme zkušenosti hlavně z těch performance orientovaných

  • Má prokazatelné zkušenosti s komplexním plánováním a správou kampaní (brand i performance) ze segmentu B2B a/nebo B2C

  • Testuje a testuje (nejen pravidelný A/B testing), zkouší nové možnosti a postupy, hledá zlepšení, implementuje learnings a best practices

  • Baví ho/ji analytika a čísla, která stojí za kampaněmi – s excelem si rozumí, stejně jako s dalšími různorodými nástroji pro reporting

  • Je organizovaný/á, zodpovědný/á a umí prioritizovat, nebojí se říct a obhájit svůj názor a je parťákem klientovi

  • Má češtinu na úrovni rodilého mluvčího a komunikativní angličtinu
