Stellenbeschreibung

  • Steuerung und Umsetzung kleinerer und mittlerer digitaler Finance-Projekte, einschließlich der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen, Implementierung neuer Finanzsysteme und Sicherstellung einer effizienten Datenintegration
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und Applikationen (beispielsweise der Coupa-Plattform oder SAP-Plattform), um die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Fachabteilungen optimal umzusetzen und Prozesse und die Anforderungen an die Plattformen kontinuierlich an die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens anzupassen
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen, um eine erhöhte Effizienz und verbesserte Benutzererfahrung sicherzustellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams, Stakeholdern und externen Partnern, um die Prozess und Produktentwicklung stets an den geschäftlichen Anforderungen auszurichten und die Einhaltung der Produktziele zu gewährleisten
  • Übernahme der Hauptansprechpartnerrolle zur Koordination der Einführung neuer Features und Funktionalitäten, um eine kontinuierliche Produktverbesserung zu garantieren
  • Priorisierung der Produkt-Roadmap sowie Erstellung und Pflege des Backlogs, um eine klare Strukturierung und effiziente Umsetzung der geplanten Features zu ermöglichen
  • Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation der Produktvision und Motivation des Teams, um die Vision in die Tat umzusetzen und erfolgreiche Produktergebnisse zu erreichen
  • Regelmäßige Durchführung von Meetings zur Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern sowie Dokumentation von Prozessen und Ergebnissen, um eine transparente und nachvollziehbare Berichterstattung sicherzustellen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, idealerweise im Bereich Coupa oder anderen P2P-Lösungen (Procure-to-Pay)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und dem Betrieb von Coupa-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, von der Entwicklung bis hin zu Business-Stakeholdern
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Geschäftsprozesse und technische Anforderungen zu verstehen und miteinander zu verbinden
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Eigenverantwortliches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sowie das Einbringen neuer Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Produkts
