Job Description

Hauptaufgaben

  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu AWS-Services und -Funktionen
  • Durchführung von Onboarding-Sessions für neue Nutzer der AWS Landingzone
  • Erklärung der Funktionsweise und Best Practices der AWS-Landingzone
  • Identifizierung und Eskalation komplexer technischer Probleme an den AWS Support
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Wissensdatenbank für häufig gestellte Fragen

Qualifications

Anforderungen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der AWS-Plattform und ihrer wichtigsten Services
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder technischen Support, vorzugsweise im Cloud-Umfeld
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu erklären
  • AWS Zertifizierungen (z.B. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Systemen und Support-Tools
