Job Summary:
As an Analyst II in Talent Management at DISA Global Solutions, you will support the execution of talent management strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to support the organization's strategic goals. Working closely with the Talent Management team, you will contribute to various aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention programs. Your responsibilities will include conducting talent assessments, analyzing workforce data, and assisting in the design and implementation of talent management initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR partners to support employee engagement efforts, performance management processes, and career development programs. Through your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will help identify trends, track key talent metrics, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in talent management practices across the organization.
Essential Functions:
Leadership Development & Facilitation: Designs and delivers leadership development programs across all organizational levels using adult learning principles and experiential methodologies. Aligns leadership efforts with broader talent strategies such as succession planning, job rotation, and performance development.
Talent Strategy & Succession Planning: Supports leadership in identifying key talent pools, developing succession plans, and executing workforce planning strategies to ensure a sustainable pipeline of future leaders and address talent gaps and surpluses.
Performance & Development: Assists in building and managing performance management systems—including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning—while supporting career pathing and capability-building programs that enhance individual and team performance.
Employee Engagement & Recognition: Leads enterprise-wide appreciation and engagement initiatives, including multi-week virtual campaigns and in-person events. Develops programs and activities that foster a positive culture, boost satisfaction, and drive long-term retention.
Talent Program Ownership & Scalable Delivery: Manages various talent management programs across the employee lifecycle, leveraging the Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual delivery platforms to ensure scalable, high-impact experiences across global audiences.
Diversity, Inclusion & Employer Branding: Assists in implementing D&I strategies and tracking related metrics while contributing to DISA’s employer branding, recruitment marketing, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talent.
Talent Analytics & Change Enablement: Utilizes workforce data and analytics to uncover trends, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement. Aids in the execution of change management efforts tied to talent processes, systems, and organizational culture.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serves as the primary liaison to HR partners, executives, and business leaders for leadership, engagement, and talent development programs. Manages vendor relationships, program logistics, and communications to ensure smooth, high-quality execution.
Continuous Improvement & Alignment: Continuously assesses talent management practices and aligns initiatives with business priorities, leveraging industry trends, internal feedback, and benchmarking to enhance impact and drive excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Adult Learning, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, aPHR) are preferred but not required.
Experience & Functional Expertise:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership development, facilitation, or talent management roles. Proven ability to design and lead enterprise-wide programs and engagement initiatives with measurable impact.
Talent Management & Industry Insight:
Demonstrated experience with talent strategies such as succession planning, performance development, and employee engagement. Exposure to cross-industry talent practices and challenges, with an understanding of best practices in diverse workplace settings.
Learning & Facilitation Skills:
Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership development methodologies, coaching strategies, and experiential learning techniques. Skilled in virtual facilitation using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Technology & Analytics Proficiency:
Proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), presentation software, and collaboration tools. Ability to interpret talent data and apply analytics to drive decisions and improve program outcomes.
Project & Program Management:
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage complex timelines, work independently, and lead initiatives from concept to execution. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including HR partners, executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Change Management & Innovation:
Foundational knowledge of change management practices, with the ability to support organizational transformation. Demonstrates innovative thinking and openness to adopting new approaches in talent management.
