Your role will also include monitoring patient activities, conducting intake processes, and ensuring safety through regular facility checks, all while documenting any significant observations.

To become a Behavioral Health Technician at Brookdale, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent. We're looking for individuals who have at least one year of sobriety if they are in recovery, a valid state driver’s license, and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. You'll also need First Aid/CPR certification, along with de-escalation/restraint technique certification and medication training within the specified time after your hire date.
