Emergency Medicine Nocturnists needed near Tampa/Sarasota, FL

Clients are an Independent Emergency Physician group expanding nationally and lead by physicians. The group was created with the mission of providing excellent clinical care for like-minded physicians in a patient-centered practice environment. This is a refreshing alternative to PE-backed contract medical groups! After the sudden demise of several contract groups leaving many emergency providers without a practice, this group was able to keep providers together and maintain the hospital agreements that were in place.

They are a practice 100% supported and financed by physicians. They believe in the independence and autonomy of physicians. They are a zero-debt company. Their physicians enjoy top-level productivity-based compensation.

West Coast FL location near Tampa and Sarasota

295-bed hospital.

80,000 volume ED

Ten 12-hour shifts per month minimum

100% RVU based compensation and malpractice provided

Independent contractor 1099 status

Must be BE/BC Emergency Medicine

B/C IM/FP with significant ER experience also considered.
