About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager, Physician Scheduling (Amion) to oversee and enhance the physician user experience for our hospital scheduling platform, Amion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including web and mobile development, customer success, and business teams, to deliver seamless and intuitive physician-facing features. This role is critical in driving physician engagement and ensuring that Amion remains the best-in-class scheduling solution for healthcare professionals.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Own the physician user experience within Amion across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with web and mobile development teams to enhance physician UI and processes within the platform.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Business teams to capture feedback and deliver features that directly address physician needs and customer requests.
  • Work as a stakeholder with the Schedule Manager/Builder team to ensure seamless integration between physician and admin workflows.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure physician engagement and improve the overall scheduling experience.
  • Lead an engineering + design + QA scrum process to establish a physician-centered product roadmap.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize product opportunities, driving new feature development from conception to launch.
  • Write clear and effective user stories that capture feature requirements and ensure a positive user experience, as well as develop product prototypes using modern tools.
  • Build consensus on strategy, design, and technical decisions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience building, launching, and growing products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Highly analytical, using data-driven decision-making to inform product development.
  • Passion for design and intuitive user experiences, particularly in healthcare technology.
  • Results-oriented mindset: You can cut to the core of a problem, prioritize effectively, and work with teams to get solutions shipped.
  • Strong curiosity and attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to self-audit and system simplification.
  • A strategic approach to prioritization, balancing short-term needs with long-term product vision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, scheduling software, or physician workflow solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relational data models and SQL query skills is a bonus.

*Preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Must be able to commute to the office every Thursday.*

Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $185,000 (inclusive of salary + bonus + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
