DriveTime Family of Brands is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Guide to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As the largest privately owned used car sales finance and servicing company in the nation, we pride ourselves on creating opportunities and improving lives—both for our customers and employees. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, engaging with customers both virtually and in-store to ensure they have a smooth, enjoyable experience. Your tasks will include preparing paperwork, handling customer inquiries, and guiding potential buyers on enticing test drives. You will work alongside Managers and fellow Customer Experience Guides, ensuring all tasks are tackled efficiently. Being detail-oriented is key as you juggle administrative responsibilities such as deal documentation and underwriting. A high level of communication is essential; you'll be making calls to schedule appointments and ensure customers understand their options. We're looking for someone who has experience in customer service or sales, possesses a valid driver’s license, and shows an eagerness to learn and grow.
