Family Support Specialist – Empower Families, Make a Difference!

  • Based in Ipswich, on the lands of the Yuggera, Jagera & Ugarapul Peoples
  • Full-time, max-term until June 2026
  • $80,000 per annum + 11.5% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550    

Are you passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and developmental delays? At Each, we’re looking for a Family Support Specialist to help families navigate the NDIS and maximise the support available for their child’s growth and development.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Provide ongoing check-ins and plan reassessments to ensure families receive the right support.
🔹 Empower families to confidently manage and implement their child’s NDIS plan.
🔹 Help set and review individualised goals based on family priorities.
🔹 Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks, and use IT systems effectively.
🔹 Offer compassionate guidance during challenging conversations.
