Process Technician Lead
Location: Springfield, TN
Job Summary: The Process Technician is considered an expert in manufacturing processes and equipment. This Process Technician is responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure the production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Process Technician must be able to operate various forms of equipment/automations and teach new employees the proper operation of the equipment. Process Technicians are also responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.

Looking to step into a pivotal role that combines leadership and technical expertise? Electrolux is seeking a dedicated Process Tech Lead for the 2nd shift in Springfield, TN. As a Process Tech Lead, you'll be the expert guiding manufacturing processes and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in our fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include equipment adjustments, set-ups, and maintaining daily productivity reports, all while upholding the highest quality standards. With your experience in operating various forms of automation and teaching new employees the ropes, you'll be instrumental in shaping our production plan and supporting our teams. Collaborating closely with maintenance technicians, you'll assist with the installation, debugging, and overall maintenance of production equipment, all while fostering a clean and safe workspace. Your troubleshooting skills will be put to the test as you diagnose any process defects or equipment failures, ensuring minimal downtime. If you have a high school diploma (or GED), along with several years of relevant experience or a technical degree in fields like Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics, we want to hear from you!
