Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote their mental well-being.
Administer medication and ensure clients adhere to their medical schedules when applicable.
Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Monitor client health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or management.
Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress and needs.
Support clients in engaging in social activities and personal interests to enhance their quality of life.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in nursing or personal care preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and principles related to caregiving.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients.
Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to health and safety regulations.
