Job Description

The Pre Sales Manager will manage client engagement functions and serve as central contact to major clients, assisting with analysis and advising on best practices for competitive benchmarking, client targeting, and performance evaluation, with a specific focus on Experian Analytics solutions and their demonstrations and PoC/PoV activities (from simple solutions like credit risk scorecards to complex ones Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics to regulatory analytics like complex AIRB, LOM, ESG or IFRS 9 regulatory analytics projects). You will report to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our client base and strengthen the relationship through supporting, training and strategic dialogue with main users and contacts
  • Identify opportunities to increase the footprint of the product throughout all covered clients.
  • Help maximize product knowledge with all clients and promote additional functionalities and upgrades
  • Work with analytics consultants, business consultants and sales development team for new client enhancements and new feature requests
  • Provide on-site presales activity where needed to cover the needs of the technical buyers and providing analytics product presentations, proposals, PoCs&PoVs and demonstrations
  • Contribute to value-based proposals for complex business solutions.
  • Play a leading role in teams that produce responses to RFI/RFP's for qualified opportunities and development of our client solutions
  • Support the conversion of major sales prospects, ideally focussing on the clients' challenges and Experian solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with client technical and economic buyers.
  • Build sufficient knowledge of clients' values and business model to ensure our solutions fully meet their needs.
  • Present proposals to clients for analytics solutions, including recommendations
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new projects from 'sales' into 'analytics' team
  • Contribute to business collateral to ensure the production of high-quality packaging for new solutions, including sales and marketing materials, demonstrations, and business documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, legislations changes, new products from competitors.
  • Establish and maintain a thorough knowledge of Experian products and services and how they deliver value for clients.
  • Strong focus on continual self-learning and development
  • Understanding of all Experian solutions and capabilities, specifically the customer issues they can address and the value they offer

Qualifications

  • Strong Business understanding in Analytics & AI and Financial Services industry
  • Understanding of basic IT concepts and best practices
  • 5+ years experience in relevant customer-facing roles such as analytics consultancy or Presales or sales of analytics/AI solutions
  • Knowledge of existing Experian solutions
  • Experienced in presenting and demonstrating complex AI and analytics solutions
  • Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English
