THE POSITION

Our passionate design team values collaboration, sharing ideas, and championing user-centered experiences across the organization.

This role requires a multi-disciplined Designer to join our Creative Team to execute a range of graphic assets across many areas of the business. Your design work will be viewed by millions of customers across North America. You will work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and other Designers in our New York office. This role will have the ability to assist in the creation of marketing assets across all of our channels.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

  • Produce high-quality design concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences
  • Design performance-based assets, including social media content, landing pages, banner ads, and email
  • Present and articulate design decisions effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ensure all campaign materials are delivered on time and adhere to technical specifications
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual assets
  • Contribute and grow with a best-in-class creative department

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on branding
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (preferred)
  • Well-rounded portfolio of real and conceptual work
  • Ability to develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles
  • High attention to detail and a passion for design aesthetics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Motion graphics and UI/UX experience are a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $64,000 - $88,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
