The Early Career team at Figma is shaping the future by finding and nurturing the next generation of talent - Figma’s future leaders! You’ll join as a foundational member of the team working on all parts of early career, including but not limited to, recruiting strategy, end-to-end ownership of events, intern and full-time programs, and working cross-functionally across the team and company.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for interns and full-time candidates, ensuring a smooth, uniform, and top-notch candidate experience
  • Be the owner of SDR full-time recruiting pipeline 
  • Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top early career talent across Figma
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines
  • Elevate our external partnership relationships, ensuring a first-class experience for all involved
  • Own and attend unique in-person and virtual events for candidates to envision life at Figma
  • Create strong and trusting relationships with all cross-functional partners
  • Own a slice of intern and full-time programs in collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams 

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs, with a deep understanding of the early career lifecycle
  • 1+ years of experience working on Sales or relevant business roles
  • A track record for creating inclusive practices across all early career functions
  • Experience leading multiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow-through on all initiatives
  • Experience in planning events from end-to-end
  • The ability to travel for campus, regional, and Figma hub events

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Familiar with Figma & Figjam
