Finni is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide life-changing ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll work one-on-one with children and their families, helping them learn new skills and reach important developmental milestones.
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
Collect and record data on child behaviors to track progress
Attend weekly supervision sessions with a BCBA
Participate in team meetings and professional development

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent (Ideal for those pursuing psychology, education, or ABA careers)
Experience working with children, especially those with special needs (preferred)
Reliable transportation for home and school visits
Active CPR certification (required)
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to obtain the RBT certification
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods
