Location: Lexington, NE
Setting: In-home & school-based
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $30/hour

Finni is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide life-changing ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll work one-on-one with children and their families, helping them learn new skills and reach important developmental milestones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record data on child behaviors to track progress

  • Attend weekly supervision sessions with a BCBA

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Ideal for those pursuing psychology, education, or ABA careers)

  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation for home and school visits

  • Active CPR certification (required)

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Willingness to obtain the RBT certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods

  • Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods
