What does a successful Account Manager do at Fiserv?

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external issue resolution. This role involves comprehensive operational support including account maintenance, project support, system enhancements, certifications, implementations/product solutions, and regulatory changes. By engaging in these activities, the Account Manager ensures seamless operations and client satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Support high-revenue Commercial Mid-Market portfolio in partnership with Relationship Manager.
  • Resolve both internal and external issues as the primary or escalation point of contact.
  • Maintain accounts, support projects, enhance systems, manage certifications, and implement product solutions.
  • Handle alert/communications, association releases, and regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with third parties, manage new business initiatives, and conduct financial audits/analyses.
  • Initiate and engage in process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Learn to support complex platforms to deliver comprehensive client support.

What you will need to have:

  • 4+ years of progressively responsible industry experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 4+ years of experience in account maintenance and project support.
  • 3+ years of experience with system enhancements and implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Original First Data’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas is a plus.

What would be great to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Relationship Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Interaction and Problem Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management.
  • Knowledge of the relevant Product Line.

Salary Range:

$58,700.00-$79,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
