Pompano Beach #43 Server

As a Server at Flanigan’s in Pompano Beach, your key responsibilities include greeting and guiding guests, taking and entering their orders into our POS system, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks, and maintaining table appearances. You'll also support your fellow team members as needed and be knowledgeable about our Food & Beverage menus. Moreover, collecting payments accurately and performing opening or closing duties are essential parts of your role.

To qualify for the Server position at Flanigan's, you should be able to stand or walk for the entirety of your shift, have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess good communication skills in English. Additionally, you'll need to complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor program and a food safety certification program as mandated by Florida statutes and Flanigan’s company policies.
