A Social Media Coordinator is an ambitious, hyper talented, social and beauty loving individual that will
manage and execute assigned brands social media strategy across various platforms to grow brand
awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role involves planning, content creation, monitoring, and
reporting, ensuring all social media channels deliver high-quality, engaging content. Social Media
Coordinators are expected to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and possess strong
communication and multitasking skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a digital environment,
is creative, analytical, and enjoys engaging with online communities to grow brand presence. They also will
have a hand in the management and development of various Digital Marketing Interns that will work with
them on certain projects/brands.

  • 1-2 Years of Social Media Marketing experience – agency experience preferred
  • Hard Working + Digitally Versed, we expect Social Media Coordinators to have a strong sense of responsibility for the social media responsibilities within their accounts. Social Media Coordinators work across multiple different clients,
    agency departments and overall are the most social savvy on their accounts. They should always be
    working hard to complete their tasks while thinking with the digital first mindset.
  • Strong digital and social media expertise
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop a consistent brand voice.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout
    Social).
  • Understanding of social media metrics and experience with analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to accept feedback and apply it to future work
  • Proven successful communication skills internally and externally
  • Willingness to learn, grow and assist team members with all aspects of digital marketing


Workflow Within The Account Services Team
Social Media Coordinators are responsible for supporting Senior Social Media Managers and Social Media
Managers with navigating through the required social focused objectives of the account. This calls for a
range of skills from accepting and excelling at various tasks, to hustling to get your work prioritized to
support in any areas, or to calling in management at an appropriate time to solve a problem.


Task Prioritization: Starting off each day with a game plan for success. A strong Social Media
Coordinator identifies which task is the most important down to the least important and structures
their day accordingly.


Planning ahead: To help managers manage workload and ensure deadlines are hit, the Social
Media Coordinator should be over communicating with their team so their Managers can assist
with adjustments, delegation or support needed.


Working Swiftly yet Efficiently: As a Social Media Coordinator you will be working on multiple
accounts that all require various tasks to be completed daily. It is crucial that you work at a swift
pace while also making sure you are being efficient and accurate in everything you do.


Problem Solving
Social Media Coordinators are responsible for coming to their managers with solutions to problems. This
doesn’t mean they have to provide the solution, but he/she needs to be able to provide their best
recommendation to solve a problem. As such, they need to be excellent at the following skills:
● Think through and use resources to provide a potential solution vs. coming with a problem
● Knowledge on all things social media to allow for needed solution based thinking
● Sounding the alarm at the right time to management


Organizational + Multitasking Skills
A Social Media Coordinator is expected to have a strong sense of organization as well as the ability to
multitask and work across various projects effectively. Specifically they should know and understand:
● Ability to stay organized across multiple different accounts/projects
● Proven experience in being able to successfully multitask
● Willingness to utilize multiple different platforms for organization and task management
● Adaptability and flexibility within all accounts/projects


Big Thinking + Creativity

Thinking big and providing social first ideas to clients is a huge part of Front Row’s success. Social Media
Coordinators should be collaborating across all of our teams to ideate a social media strategy that aligns
with the client’s business objectives. This calls for knowledge and success in the following areas:
● Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of social media campaigns
● Coordinate social media promotions and contests in line with the marketing calendar
● Bring big ideas to the table that are always pushing brands to the next level
● Rethinking past strategies to find new ideas and ways to elevate
● Organize and distribute weekly trend checks - stay updated on social media trends and leverage
them for timely, relevant posts.
