We are seeking a Sr. Architect to join our team supporting the Nevada National Security Site! This role is anticipated to be short-term (~6 months) with the possibility of extension and will be based out of North Las Vegas, Nevada.
Responsibilities
Develop functional and operational requirements for Functional and Operational Requirements Documents as well as supporting documentation for the following infrastructure, utility, and building projects.:
program/task breakdowns,
project/component breakdown, and
program package (site layouts, floor plans, pre-conceptual designs).
Requirements
Education & Years of Experience – Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant architectural experience.
Citizenship – To be considered, you must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work.
Clearance – To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.

The NNSA's Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) helps ensure the security of the United States and its allies by supporting the stewardship of the nuclear deterrent, providing emergency response capability and training, and contributing to key nonproliferation and arms control initiatives. It executes unique national-level experiments, supports national security customers, manages the legacy of the nuclear deterrent, and provide long-term environmental stewardship for site missions (energy.gov).
