Key Duties:

  • Use CIWA and COWS withdrawal scales to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT, under physician supervision.
  • Monitor for signs of medical or psychiatric deterioration, intervening as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled care team, including nurses, physicians, and behavioral health professionals.
  • Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to other healthcare team members.
