We’re looking for a Full-Desk Recruiter with Direct Hire experience to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both recruiting and business development, building strong relationships, and proactively finding top talent in the manufacturing industry.

We need more than just a job poster—we’re looking for someone who thrives on cold calling, engaging passive candidates, and using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to connect with the right people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Recruiting skilled trades and leadership roles in manufacturing (machinists, welders, CNC operators, Plant Managers, Production Supervisors).
  • Proactively sourcing talent through cold calling, networking, and referrals—not just waiting for applicants.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver the right candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment process—from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Driving business development efforts by identifying hiring needs, expanding partnerships, and maintaining industry connections.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience with a focus on Direct Hire.
✔ Strong background in skilled trades & manufacturing leadership hiring.
Confidence in cold calling and engaging passive candidates.
✔ Ability to build strong relationships and develop new hiring opportunities.
✔ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
