WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business by being the first point of contact for our customers every day throughout different channels (phone or email) . You will make our customers happy by answering questions about their online orders, our products, our stores & more. 

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people that:

  • Provides fantastic service in all situations - your contact with the customer per phone or email are essential to the customer's shopping experience 
  • Communicate clearly - part of the contact to our customers takes place in writing, and therefore your ability to formulate yourself clearly is important.
  • Always be up to date on H&M's latest activities and initiatives - great knowledge is key for the best customer service 
  •  Actively contribute to work with good and positive energy taking our values into action everyday. 

And people who: 

  • Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek (C1 level) and English.
  • Have a strong customer orientation and consistently bring a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Possess computer skills: a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Works thoroughly and efficiently with routine tasks - you can always ensure the quality of both new and repeated tasks
  • Excel at managing time pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Are a fashion enthusiast!

 

ADITIONAL INFORMATION 

We offer a full-time permanent contract. The start date is planned for 22nd of April 2025. 
We require that you provide us with evidence of your proof of right to work in Spain (mandatory DNI/NIE number & Social Security Number). 

Salary- 24.070  euros gross per year. An extra paid of 11,04 euros gross per hour on Sundays and bank holidays worked. 

Schedules: The contract is full-time (40 hours/week) in rotative shifts and includes working hours during evenings and weekends. The schedule is from Monday to Friday between 8:00 to 21:00 Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00h.
