Site Civil Project Manager

A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Site Civil Project Manager for their Denver team!


 Responsibilities:

  • Manage design through all phases of planning and design during construction
  • Responsible for department's overall performance and day-to-day operations including meeting/exceeding performance goals
  • Provide services to current and new clients
  • Lead client manager for targeted key clients
  • Use technical expertise to assist with developing winning proposals
  • Participate in meetings including proposal presentation, interviews, and business development activities
  • Assist with monitoring/managing projects
  • Assign duties to staff
  • Identify schedule and cost variances
  • Manage scope including identifying and documenting changes in scope
  • Responsible for construction support activities (responses to RFI’s, submittal reviews, construction site visits, design revisions)
  • Ensure QA/QC standards are met
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and according to project scope
  • Serve as senior project manager on some projects

 

Requirements:

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of Site Civil Engineering experience
  • Site Civil Engineering project manager and consulting services experience
  • PE License
  • Business development experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience using ERP software for successful project management, timely invoicing of clients, and accurate/timely reporting of expenses and time

 

Salary is commensurate with experience.
