About the role

Join the talented team at Hearth Support Services' as our new Learning & Development Lead. In this full-time role based in Glen Iris, VIC, you will be responsible for driving the learning and development strategy to upskill and empower our workforce. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement innovative learning and development programs to build the capabilities of our teams
  • Design tailored training solutions to address specific skill gaps and business needs
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve our approach
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify future capability requirements and align our L&D strategy

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation

  • Experience in a similar learning and development role, ideally within the Disability sector
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles, methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering interactive training programs, both in-person and virtually
  • Proven track record of evaluating the impact of learning initiatives and driving continuous improvement
