Hilltop Camper & RV is hiring a Seasonal Parts Associate to assist customers with their RV parts and accessories needs while ensuring our parts department is organized and efficient. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right RV parts and accessories.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing products.
  • Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy.
  • Keep the parts department clean and organized.
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure timely access to necessary parts.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Education & Experience:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn about RV parts and accessories.

Hilltop Camper & RV, with stores in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd generation family-owned camper & RV dealership that employs approximately 130 employees and sells, services, and outfits campers and RVs. Our employees help our customers find the right solution for their family fun camping needs. Our employees provide consultative selling, appropriate financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and quality service to their campers. We're a one-stop shop for all our customers' needs.
