Group Reservations Coordinator - Hilton Atlanta and Towers

Hilton Atlanta and Towers is looking for a Group Reservations Coordinator to join their Reservations Team! Atlanta’s only hotel with two Top 10 restaurants, is also ideally situated, with walkability to the city’s most renowned attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and Georgia World Congress Center. Ease into transportation to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport via MARTA, connected by skybridge directly into our contemporary accommodations.

The ideal candidate will possess previous Reservations/Front Desk/Revenue or Sales experience, knows how to operate our PMS System: ONQ and is detail oriented. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to grow in their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: day shifts: 8.30AM-5PM, with weekends and holidays flexibility required. 

Salary: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Reservation Sales Specialist you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, persuasive sales ability and world class customer service to consult with customers and book customized hotel reservations via phone.
