As a Client Care Coordinator, your day will be full of engaging interactions with clients and their families. You’ll be the crucial link, determining the best staffing matches for our clients, managing a caseload of around 65 to 80 individuals while keeping a keen eye on their unique needs. You’ll answer questions, resolve concerns, and even engage in some client fieldwork.
