We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and optimize our marketing technology stack, automation systems, and data infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring our marketing engine runs efficiently and effectively at scale.
Your work will focus on marketing data flows and systems, marketing automation workflows and tools, analytics, attribution and reporting, and campaign execution across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, RevOps, Analytics, and Sales teams to improve how we work day-to-day and impact our overall marketing performance!
You are a bar raiser, which means you come with:
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, marketing analytics, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
MarTech Expertise: Deep experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude (or similar tools), CDPs (Amplitude CDP, Hightouch, Segment or similar), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). You’re comfortable navigating CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and integrating them with marketing tools, alongside RevOps leaders.
Marketing Automation: Proven ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows and lifecycle marketing programs that span multiple functions and systems.
Attribution Knowledge: You have hands-on experience with data integration tools, UTM strategy, multi-touch attribution, and campaign tracking. You know how to build and refine attribution models that connect marketing efforts to leads and revenue.
Ad Tech Experience: Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta CAPI, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), and first-party data strategies. You know how to ensure proper event tracking, conversion tracking, and offline event matching to optimize campaign performance and measurement.
Passion for Analytics: You thrive on data, uncovering patterns, trends, and opportunities to optimize marketing performance. You understand how data flows across marketing systems, how to troubleshoot tracking issues, and how insights fuel growth.
Curiosity: You love digging into complex problems, debugging tracking issues, and finding creative solutions. You’re resourceful, fundamentally curious, and relentless in understanding the “why”.
Small Business Love: You earnestly care about the small business community and believe you can help our marketing program that will actually make their lives better.
Collaboration: You thrive in a cross-functional team environment and are excited to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
You will make an impact by:
Owning our MarTech Stack: Managing and optimizing our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integrations, data accuracy, and scalability across ad platforms and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and Looker.
Improving Tracking: Ensuring accurate event tracking, campaign tagging, and data consistency across all marketing touchpoints to provide reliable insights and performance measurement.
Improving Attribution Models: Developing and refining multi-touch attribution models to connect marketing efforts to pipeline, revenue, and ROI, enabling better decision-making and budget allocation.
Implementing New Systems & Tools: Evaluating, selecting, and integrating new MarTech solutions to enhance automation, data visibility, and marketing performance.
Building Marketing Automation Workflows: Designing and implementing lifecycle automation, lead nurturing sequences, and personalized workflows that improve efficiency and engagement across multiple channels.
Improving Ad Platform Performance: Enhancing ad tracking, offline conversions, and audience segmentation to optimize spend efficiency and performance across Google Ads, Meta CAPI, Apple Search Ads, and other paid channels.
Analyze, analyze, analyze: You’ll constantly monitor how everything is “working”, what’s good, bad, or ugly, and come prepared with ideas and solutions.
