Talent Acquisition Advisor - Contract (Hybrid)

Join our dynamic Talent team and be a driving force in our growth! We're seeking a talented and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor for a four-month contract assignment. This isn't your average recruiter role – we need someone well-versed in market trends and adept at data-driven hiring practices that deliver results. Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to foster efficiency and growth. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an initial 3-month assignment.

You’re a bar raiser, which means you come with:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, scaling startup environment.

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on Software Engineers (RoR, React, Swift, Swift UI, Objective C, Kotlin) and Product Management

  • Demonstrated ability to strategically source, assess, and hire top talent in competitive markets.

  • Swift, Swift UI, Objective C, Kotlin) and Product Management

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.

  • Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience successfully building and maintaining trusting and consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates

  • Advanced proficiency using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter (or other talent sourcing platforms (Seekout, HireEZ, StackOverflow) 

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will make an impact by:

  • Building and executing recruitment strategies specifically focused on product, design, and engineering roles, with an emphasis on attracting candidates who thrive in scaling startup environments.

  • Developing a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing techniques.

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.

  • Acting as a strategic, trusted partner to hiring teams and EPDD leadership ensuring they are equipped with insights, resources, and best practices to interview and make assured business and hiring choices.

  • Driving an inclusive hiring process that aligns with Homebase’s commitment to diversity and equity.

  • Contributing to talent strategy discussions to continuously improve our hiring processes.

  • Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics to inform data-driven recruitment strategies.

  • Understanding and utilizing recruitment analytics and metrics to assess pipeline health, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive sourcing and outreach methods to captivate top-tier candidates.

  • Bringing thoughtful, creative, and bold new ideas to help iterate and optimize our hiring efforts and relentlessly work toward continuously improving our processes and efficiencies.
