We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to take Humantra’s retail execution, trade activations and B2B marketing to the next level. This role is all about impact at the point of purchase—you’ll ensure our brand stands out on the shelf, online and in the hands of customers. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies, launching high-impact sampling programs, and building brand love through in-store activations and community partnerships.

Where You’ll Spend Your Time:
UK Trade Marketing & Retail Activations (50%)
• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across retail, B2B, and digital in collaboration with the Sales and Brand teams.
• Lead the rollout of trade promotions, FSDUs, POS materials, and in-store activations to maximize visibility and sales.
• Create and manage trade assets (e.g., leaflets, digital content, shelf talkers) with support from the Brand team.
• Support UK retail launches with compelling in-store activations that drive sell-through and brand awareness.
B2B & Sampling Initiatives (25%)
• Lead UK sampling programs, including B2B launches and brand partnerships, to increase trial and conversion.
• Develop strategic sampling activations and community partnerships that introduce Humantra to key audiences.
• Work with the Sales team to create marketing assets for B2B partners that help them promote and sell Humantra effectively.
Community Building & Events (15%)
• Develop and grow the UK Humantra community through activations, in-store demos, and live events.
• Plan and execute UK trade activations that integrate with brand campaigns and drive deeper consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Brand team to amplify trade & community engagement across digital and offline channels.
UAE Retail & B2B Support (10%)
• Provide marketing support for UAE retail & B2B activations where needed.
• Work closely with the Brand & Sales teams to ensure consistency in trade marketing across UK & UAE markets.
• Support UAE trade activations, POS updates, and digital asset development to align with the global brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Strategy & Execution
• Own and implement the UK trade marketing plan, ensuring strong in-store visibility and impact.
• Develop compelling trade promotions, activations, and retail campaigns that drive conversions.
• Ensure our POS materials, displays, and in-store promotions are executed flawlessly.
• Manage trade marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective, high-ROI activations.
Sampling & Brand Partnerships
• Lead sampling initiatives across B2B and direct-to-consumer channels to increase trial and conversion.
• Work with brand partners and retailers to develop sampling programs and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor performance of sampling initiatives and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Retail & B2B Growth Support
• Support UK and UAE sales teams with trade marketing assets and retail launch plans.
• Ensure our retail and B2B partners have the tools they need to succeed, from marketing materials to digital content.
• Work with the Brand team to develop bespoke retail marketing campaigns that align with larger brand goals.
Performance & Insights
• Track and report on key trade marketing metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in retail and trade marketing.
• Work closely with the Sales and Brand teams to adapt strategies based on data and performance insights.
Who You Are:
3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Brand Activation in a high-growth brand (CPG, health & wellness, challenger brands).
Proven experience in in-store activations, POS development, promotional planning, and digital trade marketing.
Experience managing sampling programs & community-driven marketing initiatives.
Highly organized operator who can juggle multiple campaigns & deadlines without missing a beat.
Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
A cross-functional team player, comfortable working with both Sales and Brand teams to drive trade success.
