Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to take ownership of demand planning, inventory flow, and fulfillment across multiple markets and channels. This role is all about efficiency, accuracy, and keeping Humantra in stock wherever our customers need us—whether through DTC, retail, B2B, or Amazon FBA.

You’ll be responsible for moving products from factory to 3PL, ensuring flawless fulfillment operations, and managing stock levels with precision. This is a fast-paced, high-growth role where process optimization, cost control, and regulatory compliance are key.

Where You’ll Spend Your Time:

1. Supply Chain & Demand Planning (40%)

• Own the demand planning process, ensuring we always have the right stock in the right place at the right time.

• Maintain optimal stock levels across multiple warehouses, preventing out-of-stock situations while minimizing excess inventory.

• Work closely with Finance & Sales teams to forecast demand and align stock levels with business growth.

• Oversee international shipping & customs processes, ensuring smooth product movement across borders.

• Ensure compliance with global supplement regulations, working with regulatory teams to meet market-specific requirements.

2. Logistics & Fulfillment Management (40%)

• Manage the end-to-end movement of inventory, from factory to 3PL to final customer across all channels (DTC, retail, B2B, Amazon FBA).

• Own and optimize relationships with 3PLs to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

• Ensure flawless order execution, tracking shipments and proactively resolving any delivery issues.

• Oversee omnichannel fulfillment, ensuring smooth operations for DTC, retail partners, and Amazon FBA.

• Manage product kitting and packaging operations across hundreds of SKUs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfillment.

3. Operations, Compliance & Process Improvement (20%)

• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure regulatory compliance for food supplements across international markets, working with regulatory teams as needed.

• Work with Finance to manage fulfillment costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize logistics spend.

• Implement data-driven reporting & analytics, tracking key supply chain KPIs to drive operational excellence.

• Continuously identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process streamlining.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Demand Planning

• Own the stock management process across all locations and sales channels.

• Maintain accurate demand forecasts, using data-driven insights and input from Sales & Marketing.

• Ensure retail partners and DTC channels never go out of stock while managing efficient stock turnover.

• Ensure regulatory compliance for food supplements across international markets, coordinating with legal and regulatory teams as needed.

Operations Strategy & Execution

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, strong partnerships, and continuous improvement.

• Develop cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and finance teams.

• Ensure flawless execution of product launches, coordinating with product, sales, and marketing teams.

• Build and implement scalable operational processes that allow Humantra to grow rapidly without inefficiencies.

Technology & Data Optimization

• Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations (ERP, demand planning, automation).

• Use data analytics to drive decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and reduce waste.

• Champion process automation to scale Humantra’s supply chain efficiently.

Logistics & Order Fulfillment

• Oversee end-to-end logistics, ensuring smooth and cost-effective product movement.

• Manage relationships with 3PLs, ensuring high-performance standards and operational efficiency.

• Handle supply chain operations across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with regulations and customs.

• Lead product packaging & kitting operations to support diverse SKU requirements and retail needs.

Process, Cost Optimization & Compliance

• Continuously improve logistics efficiency through SOP development, automation, and operational enhancements.

• Work with Finance to analyze fulfillment costs and implement cost-saving strategies.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, working closely with regulatory teams to adapt processes as needed.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management, ideally in FMCG, e-commerce, or a high-growth brand.

• Expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and fulfillment operations across multiple channels (DTC, retail, B2B, Amazon FBA).

• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets and forecasting tools.

• Deep understanding of 3PL operations, warehousing, and international logistics.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A problem-solver at heart, always looking for ways to optimize, improve, and scale efficiently.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align supply chain strategy with business goals.

• Tech-savvy and data-driven, with experience using ERP systems, analytics, forecasting, and digital supply chain tools.

• Entrepreneurial & Scrappy – Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment; willing to get hands dirty when necessary.

• Strong Negotiator & Leader – Proven ability to manage suppliers, 3PLs, and warehousing partners while building an internal team.
