General Function
The customer service associate assists with concerns and is able to resolve issues with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships. The main duties will include customer service and communication with Hy-Vee by phone, email, and website interactions. Specific scheduling for this position will be discussed during the interview process and will adjust based on the fluctuation of business and holidays.

High School or equivalent; an understanding of customer service, knowledge of fresh flowers - design experience and/or sales experience is required.

The duties of this position are performed in a warehouse setting. There is frequent exposure to noise and continual exposure to warehouse temperature changes.
Equipment Used To Perform Job:
Personal Computer with Word, Excel, Outlook, Acumatica and Savant ERP systems. Training on computer software will be provided. A digital camera, copier, and fax may also be required.

Has daily contact with employees, customers, suppliers/vendors, and the general public.
