As we accelerate into 2025, we’re kicking off an exciting new chapter: building our first-ever Sales Development function in the US, and you could be the trailblazer—the first Senior Strategic SDR in the US to join our team!
This is your chance to lay the foundation, shape the strategy, and make a massive impact as you help build our US SDR function from scratch. If you’re ready to work hard, grow fast, and have fun doing it, we want you on board!
Develop Strategic Opportunities: Work with top accounts in your territory to identify pain points, build relationships with key personas, and secure new business meetings. Convert these engagements into well-qualified, high-value opportunities.
Multi-Thread Engagements: Collaborate with AEs to engage with multiple stakeholders within accounts, expanding relationships to include higher-level decision-makers and champions.
Elevate Messaging for Existing Opportunities: Support pipeline progression by delivering tailored messaging to C-level executives, unlocking additional business lines or higher-value opportunities.
Drive Deal Momentum: Facilitate “deal progression” meetings within accounts to build engagement, increase platform adoption, and drive stickiness.
Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with marketing to ensure consistent and compelling messaging for events, webinars, and campaigns, and to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
As an integral part of our high-energy SDR team, you’ll be making an impact right away. Working side by side with your Pod’s Sales Director and Account Executives, you’ll play a key role in shaping account strategy and uncovering new opportunities that fuel our company’s growth.
Your influence doesn’t stop there though! You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team, providing invaluable insights that help refine messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness. Your voice matters here, and your feedback will help us drive real change.

Experience & Skills:
18 months+ of SDR experience
Experience working with a Strategic or Enterprise position, with a complex SaaS platform
Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills to engage C-level executives.
Proven track-record of hitting sales targets
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to structure account strategies.
Confident and keen to spend time at the industry events and social circuits
Sufficiently strong analytical understanding
Creative, strategic thinker who can craft innovative approaches to engage hard-to-reach stakeholders.
